Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. We have to keep following appointments on time so arriving late would mean we have less time to dedicate to you.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the total treatment charge.
We run regular promotions throughout the year on both products and services. All promotions without exception are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- limited to a specific time frame, outlined in the published information
- subject to availability
- product promotions are only while stocks last
Your personal satisfaction and safety is taken very seriously, some treatments will require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to the treatment for clients who have not previously had the treatment in question. Patch tests will be discussed and arranged when booking.
Tanning Skin Test
We take your personal satisfaction and safety very seriously, so to help us maintain our 5 star service all clients who have not enjoyed a tanning treatment with Obsession within the last 6 months are required to have a tint test 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Clients with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, gynaecological disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies or any other conditions that may cause concern regarding treatments must advise us of such in advance of any treatments. If any treatment is found to be unsuitable we will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability.
Please note that advertised prices are subject to change without prior notice, although will we try to give plenty of notice in advance of any increases.
Gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. When redeemed, change cannot be given. Please check upon booking if you have any questions.
